LIFE IN AFRICA, KIREKA has been with us from the start of our owrk in Uganda giving us a place to operate from, advice on working with the Community from Northern Uganda, help when recruiting young people for our Pioneer group and the rural children in Northern Uganda, and looking after the welfare of all children on the project.
BOYS' BRIGADE BIRMINGHAM have been helping us develop our entrepreneurship skills by sending us goods to sell in Kampala and collecting equipment for the Chrysalis School for Young Social Entrepreneurs. We have formalized a working partnership for 2012.
TECHTALK INTERNATIONAL, a branch of the agricultural consultancy company AA International Ltd, has been providing solutions for us on our melon-farming activities in preparation for planting in 2012. TechTalk will also be helping us in 2012 during the share issue period, giving us advice and consultancy, where needed.
EDUCATE! is a friend of ours and their tutors have provided social enterprise training to students of the Butterfly Project on their own time. Educate! also provides us with the curriculum for our social enteprise training.
KUSHINDA! worked with us to develop the highly-successful Imagine Us Here Art Project. They have also supplied substantial art materials to the project, as well as ongoing consultancy on international arts and crafts issues.
