Welcome to Social Enterprise Africa, home to the Butterfly Project, African Farm Shares and the Chrysalis School for Young Social Entrepreneurs.  We develop projects that empower young people to be changemakers in their communities and then show them how to sustain their own projects utilising social enterprise.

The Butterfly Project is based in Kampala, but works with young people from all over Uganda and the Chrysalis School for Young Social Entrepreneurs is based in Kireka, Kampala.  We also run a Training Centre, the Chrysalis Centre, where we have many clubs, which are designed to develop confidence and vision for young people in Uganda.  Thank you for visiting us and I hope you enjoy looking around our web-site.
